Chocolate Silk Pie - Whole

French chocolate silk pie topped with whipped cream. We use Valrhona Nyangbo 68%.
This is a tall, rich pie. Very decadent and eats like a silky chocolate mousse. 

Our version with rum has a layer of boozy complexity, which we love. 

Our 9" round pies yield 8 - 12 slices.
