- Pick up is strictly 11am - 1pm on Saturdays and 11am - 1pm on weekdays

We respect your time and hope you do ours too, so please do not be late. If you are running late due to traffic, kindly drop us a message/text. We cannot guarantee that there will be someone to handle your order out of our pick up window, and we strictly will not entertain requests for next-day pick-up. We do not entertain messages for late pick up after 1pm on Saturdays.
** Orders not collected will not be kept for the next day. They will be donated. **
DELIVERY
- Delivery window: 10am - 2pm
- No requests for delivery time slots
- Delivery fees vary with distance, as per table below
- Free shipping for orders above $150, to locations included in our delivery zones excluding the following postal codes: 58-68, 72-73
We will be in touch with you if we face delays due to traffic and seek your kind understanding.
No changes to delivery addresses are permitted 48 hours before our bake days.
*** Please make sure you are contactable, especially if you live in a condo that requires access to drop your goods off. We will not accommodate any re-delivery requests and your order will be forfeited if you are not home. ***
We ask you to very kindly be considerate of our delivery personnel; they often have several jobs to complete. Not being able to drop your order off is extremely inconvenient, as everyone runs on a tight schedule. (Picture yourself in their shoes!)
