Our pastries aren't fussy or complicated as we like letting our ingredients shine.
We incorporate seasonal fruit and complementary flavours, and are happy to use free-range eggs, good butter and organic/sustainably-sourced flours in our products.

If you love tomatoes like we do, this sandwich celebrates juicy, meaty marmande tomatoes.
Paired with tonnato, an Italian tuna mayo of sorts, this sandwich is simple but a flavour bomb. Complemented with basil, fried capers, maldon and good EVOO.
